• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID;
• Date of birth (for age verification — players must be 21 or older);
• Nationality and country of residence;
• Government-issued identification number (e.g., Philippine passport number, SSS number, UMID number);
• Username and encrypted password.

3.2 Contact Data

• Email address;
• Mobile phone number (used for SMS OTP and account security);
• Residential address (for KYC and regulatory compliance).

3.3 Financial Data

• GCash account number or registered mobile number;
• PayMaya account details;
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) where used for deposits or withdrawals;
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and dates;
• Source of funds documentation where required for KYC compliance.

3.4 Gaming & Behavioural Data

• Game history, including games played, wagers placed, and outcomes;

• Contractual necessity — where processing is necessary to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you have agreed to, including account management and transaction processing;
• Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including AML, KYC, and tax reporting requirements;
• Legitimate interests — where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

6.2 Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities — PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other government bodies where disclosure is required by law or court order;

7.2 All third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of jilligame are required to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process data only in accordance with our instructions.

8. International Data Transfers

8.1 Some of our third-party service providers may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, jilligame will implement appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, to ensure your data remains protected.

8.2 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, subject to the safeguards described in this section.

9. Data Retention

9.1 jilligame retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

9.2 The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML and KYC regulatory requirements;
• Transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Customer support records — retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing preferences — retained until you withdraw consent or request erasure;
• Technical and device data — retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection.

9.3 Where data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal obligation requires its retention, jilligame will securely delete or anonymise the data.

10.1 jilligame uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixel tags) to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Platform.

12. Children's Privacy

12.1 The jilligame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

12.2 If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method.

12.3 If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

13. Security Measures

13.1 jilligame implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

14.2 This Policy applies solely to personal data collected and processed by jilligame through the Platform and does not extend to any third-party websites or services.

15.1 jilligame reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
