These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilligame platform and all services offered through it. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using jilligame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

jilligame is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registering a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one active jilligame account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited within 30 seconds. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours subject to verification requirements.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Misuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of jilligame shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, including registered Players and visitors who browse without an Account.
2.3 jilligame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Philippine law governing online gaming. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jilligame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. jilligame makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jilligame reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void any associated Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate Account activity.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilligame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.6 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jilligame and its affiliated companies are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
4.1 Account Verification (KYC). jilligame may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, after a significant deposit, or as part of routine compliance checks. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.2 Account Suspension. jilligame reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, or receipt of a complaint from a third party. During a suspension, you may not place wagers or process withdrawals.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
4.4 Account Closure by jilligame. jilligame reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would expose jilligame to regulatory or legal risk. In cases of closure due to Player breach, jilligame may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jilligame may apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive Accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. The Account Balance will not be reduced below zero.
5.1 All deposits and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jilligame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jilligame currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at jilligame's discretion.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your Account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. jilligame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. jilligame reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
5.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts via the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time. jilligame aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method. jilligame reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for amounts exceeding ₱50,000.
6.4 KYC Requirement. jilligame may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account Balance.
6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
7.1 jilligame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. jilligame reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
8.1 Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
8.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilligame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. jilligame's decision in such matters is final.
8.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jilligame reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
8.4 Game Availability. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location, device, or applicable regulatory requirements. jilligame does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
8.5 RTP Disclosure. jilligame discloses the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot games. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 Age Verification. jilligame employs strict age verification procedures to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. Any Account found to belong to an underage Player will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will be prevented from logging in or creating a new Account. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
10.3 Deposit & Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account. These tools are designed to help Players manage their gaming activity within their personal financial means.
10.4 Session Time Limits. Players may set session time reminders that will notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration. jilligame recommends taking regular breaks during gaming sessions.
10.5 Reality Checks. The Platform provides periodic reality check notifications displaying the duration of the current session and net gaming activity. These notifications cannot be disabled.
10.6 jilligame encourages any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. Our Responsible Gaming page contains further information and guidance.
11.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of jilligame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.3 The jilligame name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jilligame. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilligame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilligame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.3 jilligame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilligame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 jilligame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 jilligame implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilligame cannot guarantee absolute data security.
13.3 jilligame may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or court order.
14.1 jilligame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilligame will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jilligame's support team to seek an informal resolution. jilligame will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 jilligame's decisions regarding game outcomes, Account balances, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
